Why it mattersMany patients with obesity and type 2 diabetes do not achieve sufficient weight loss with the currently approved 2.4 mg dose. This trial provides evidence for a higher 7.2 mg dose that offers greater efficacy without a major increase in serious adverse events, potentially expanding treatment options.
