Chronotherapeutic Approaches to Target Insufficient and Late Sleep in Adolescents: A Randomized Clinical Trial.

JAMA pediatrics·June 1, 2026·PMID 42008244

Why it matters

Adolescent sleep insufficiency and circadian misalignment are common and linked to poor health. This study provides evidence that a brief, multimodal chronotherapeutic program can meaningfully shift circadian phase and extend sleep, offering a feasible non-pharmacologic strategy for sleep medicine and primary care.
