OMICmAge quantifies biological age by integrating multi-omics with electronic medical records.

Nature aging·March 1, 2026·PMID 41741793

Why it matters

For clinicians interested in biologic aging and risk stratification, this work suggests a scalable methylation-based marker that may capture multisystem disease risk better than some current aging clocks. It is potentially useful for research phenotyping and longitudinal risk assessment, but not yet a routine clinical tool.
