Why it mattersFor patients with multivessel disease requiring CABG, minimally invasive approaches may offer faster physical recovery without compromising early safety, but randomized data have been lacking. This trial provides evidence that MICS CABG improves patient-reported outcomes at 1 month when performed by experienced teams.
